Terms and Conditions for IT Consulting Services

Thank you for choosing FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD for your IT consulting needs. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD and the customer regarding the provision of IT consulting services.

  1. Description of Services Provided

FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD provides comprehensive IT consulting services, including but not limited to: 

Systems analysis and design 

Network infrastructure setup and optimization 

Software implementation and integration 

IT project management 

Cloud computing solutions 

IT security assessments and recommendations 

  1. Payment Policy

Invoices for services rendered will be issued according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in the initial contract. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD reserves the right to withhold services or terminate the agreement if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. 

  1. Dispute & Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation Before Services Begin: If the customer needs to cancel services before any work has commenced, they must provide written notice at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the extent of preparation already undertaken by FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD.
    Cancellation After Services Begin: If the customer wishes to cancel services after work has commenced, they must provide written notice immediately. The customer will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation, and any applicable cancellation fees.
    Unsatisfactory Services: In the event that the customer is unsatisfied with the services provided, they must notify FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD within 7 days of the service delivery date. FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD will work to rectify any issues promptly and to the best of its ability.
    Inability to Complete Service: If FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD is unable to complete the agreed-upon services through no fault of the customer (e.g., technical issues, unforeseen circumstances), FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD will notify the customer as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. If the service cannot be completed, the customer will not be charged for any incomplete work.

  2. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. 

By engaging FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD’s services, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated or amended by FOOT PRINT IT SERVICES PTY LTD at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them periodically for changes.
